meh 315 psn dmg per hit from venom so if you dont have any stack (since grief has -25 pr) and have 50 pr then:

((315 * 0,5 ) * 2) / 6 = -52,5 life drained from 1 venom hit from a barb with venom proc on grief

its not high but over the long run it does help and you should stack some poison resist
