Cool stats but by the time you have a nice enough Fool's Weapon the dmg from HL is better than the stats gained from this amulet.

yeah just what i thought too... some ppl disqualify themselves by just revealing what they think... there are lots of valid comments and posts in this thread, but this is definitely not one of them.

bottom line for me is that it has limited practical use in certain scenarios and pvp compositions. Maybe new patch will shake that meta a bit, who knows
