Its a clean circlet but frw doesnt make up for FHR, life, res and +skills that pelts offer. Would of been better with 20fcr tbh. Yes you can jewel it, yes it has its uses and a hard roll to aquire but I would still use jalals/cerberus over this. More of a novelty than anything else
