FRW should be better in circlets in D2r then it was in D2. the idea in D2 was to bug all your FRW which you could not do with FRW in circlet/Tiara/Diadem/Coronet.
A better comment would be not sure how i feel about shapers now that you cant bug your frw. I feel they suffered the most from the transition from D2 to D2r.

ofc. the circle frw was not bugable. but since wsg worked, actual waking took a way more crucial part in pvp for many builds than it does now. what good is the frw on this circ? im not too deep into shapers but i doubt this would have ended up on a shaper in legacy D2, it would have most likely ended up on an ele build, for which frw now takes a backseat for other rolls.
