the next point i need to make is regarding your choice of socketed jewel in this item. only the absolute worst players use die facets.
why do you ask? because good players don't plan on dying. i do plan on leveling up 98 times once i make a new character though.
level facets are the superior facet, while die facets are for losers. its 2021, over 20 years after the release of the original game.

+2 sorc is ass, you're going to be using a prebuff es staff, so you could have had a 3/3 cold blizz armor orb instead. disgusting.
20 fcr isnt necessary, sorcs only need a total of 40 fcr. ive never played a sorceress, but i did play a barbarian once and they use
the same fcr breakpoints. the many years i spent teleporting in the 10 frame breakpoint makes me believe dmg would be betta
at this point.
the base skills of this item are subpar. basically this is a 2/3 blizz orb because the other mods are too minor or insignificant to matter.
20 energy is a waste, im gonna be using mana potions on my es sorc (and theres nothing you can do to stop it, its gonna freaking happen).
28 mana is also a waste for the same reason.
cold res doesnt matter if you dont have over 600 of it because good sorcs like kylev are going to 1 blizz you from cold plains (not using aa)
and you will die in one hit. my years of testing hotspurs vs every type of fire damage dealing character have lead me to believe that
fire resistance on anything other than hotspurs is a wasted mod. use. hotspurs.
also why are you using enchant? thats bm. if you're going to use enchant, you might as well use an obedience instead of charges because
youre not going to be able to afford repairing the charges on the item because you're going to get nked using shit items like this.
