This is a cool looking pelt.
The only time where you'll most likely be using a pelt is when you duel a hammerdin or a necro.
That being said, the use of volcano isn't really practical in 1v1. The only way to get the FHR stun with volcano is when you turn into a bear and cast shockwave onto the enemy to get that swirly above their head. Then you'd have to return back into human form then cast volcano and if you're fast enough, you can tele stomp the enemy.
Thats a lot of work and it would require a high level skill player to pull that off. And if the player is already at that high level, they don't really need to rely on these fancy techniques to 1v1 a hammerdin or a necro. In fact, it is more likely you will lose if you use these tactics vs high level hammerdin or necromancer.
Maybe useful if you're in a team duel with a trapsin that can swirl the enemies, then you can just cast volcano.
Even in team dueling, having a circ with 2druid/20fcr/30frw/2sockets can give you so much more flexibility and mobility. You can use hoto which gives massive resist, life replenish, and circlet provides 2 sockets for even more flexibility such as, cham for cannot be frozen, Lo rune for dueling trapsin, ber runes for more tankiness, shael if you need more fhr. and so much more!
