Hm... But 5% BONUS TO AR? Sounds like an OP stats, But not really? people prefare another affix like +40 life? :)

Yeah, another suffix is usually preferred.

Okay. BUT! Check this shako? it has this stat.

imagine this with 2x rings with 5% ar boost? insted of 120 ar maybe. (FCR, STR, LIFE exsample)

visio
2 sox
last stat could be 30 str/20 dex/30 frw or even your 5 ar% 5 light radius depending on what you like

seems that at least 20-25 good assa have been banned in the last year if the best assa use this helm lol

The best Assa EU 2017 I huge anus found ingame. <- better?
I am not 100% it was top eu. but the 3x self rep visio claws was sure 100k+ fg each. And you can see in pic BB left side (85,000) fg at least.
