eth insight CV is comparable, not sure I can get there on this one. Neat mods, AR is nice, but the crit from a simple eth cv insight > this

eth insight cv 275%ed does ~750 avg dmg (including 46% crit) and thus more than this axe (612). however, it also requires 200
str, which is not really compatible with any reasonable build. the 500 ar from this axe are almost what a fool's mod will give you at that level (808), and make for a good amount of added % chance to hit.
but yea, eth weapons without repair used for melee attacks aren't really considered gm
