It is, just think the 3 spirit damage is more useful than a 2nd curse. Also decep is considered bm against non tele chars unless they changed the rules? Also why wouldnt bp be allowed in this case

no, decrep is even gm in a 1v1 necro vs bowzon, it was like that on the ladders, (so was SM on the bowzon's part actually, so it made pretty Nasty duels, nec usually won), and is ofc gm in Tpk, and yes bp is bm against non tele chars, decrep will rape a barb ww'ing through your bp's if you stomp it, and smiter decrep + bp / bp + decrep when he's charging gives you the ability to fully tele stomp him. And LR in general is good if you have an elemental team instead of phys.

nec plays a support role in teams anyways so losing 3 spirit isnt a huge deal



lol a white and this wand on swap would be even better then dual white, lose a little damage on swap but able to cast 2 of some of the best curses in game...

this wand being 2 nec will add amp radius too

youre flexing common fpk knowledge on him and calling him noob seems funny to me
