Open your character screen and check. The video shows attack rating for his regular attack not CS

You can clearly see that CS has no attack rating SHOWN but it is affected as I try to cs mobs with 180k dmg and miss multiple times.

Then i put back on 52k AR and I suddenly hit the PHYSICAL damage nearly every single time.

It being not shown doesn't mean it isn't being affected by it.



Difference is I admit being wrong there, but you wont admit being wrong about CS
And completely ignored the MAIN comment about jabbing.

I did some research on CS. There are others that say it goes through an AR check not shown but bolts always get released

It doesn't go through an AR check, CS has a standard jav attack along with it. As you can see in his video with mass phys damage charms and intentionally low CS he is trying to troll you into believing that the attack rating is giving a boost to CS damage when it is only giving the ability for his standard attack to hit the target with the mass phys damage charms.

If you look at the skill it released bolts on hit not cast

Wrong once again, I am using the same "damage" output from removing or adding these 3 charms. They are just attack rating charms, as shown in the very beginning.

You can clearly see that SOMETIMES i will hit with low ar but I will also hit MOST OF THE TIMES with boosted ar, in this case, 50k AR vs 274 AR...

It is not the case with Lightning fury, which always hit the physical damage, I don't know why it's like that but it is.

The video is clear enough anyways.
