Nice helmut imo. A for originality in your order. 10 in stats, as all other ordered items would of been too.
As for my personal feel for these items or any in 2016? Well its all same, "meh", but as this suprises me even slight it gets a "meh+"

On the discussion. Eth does add 1.5x base def, not entirely wasted. Specially given the alternative affixes. Also people should not forget the -10str req.

It added 83 def to this particular roll (164 or 165 base)
The downside is this has got 2 instead of 3 shout. As bvb isnt my main thing idk how those numbers would crunch vs eachother (1 shout or 83 def) - my gut feel (wrong perhaps) says 83def should come out on top.
