I'd rate it high if only the resistances were better. The fact that this 10 faster cast rate ring has 20 strength, the amount of mana and life given, and alone with each resistance in decent plethora amount. I stand by a firm 8/10.

Again I would rate it higher if at least one of the resistances were higher. But hey, this is still a great ring.

I know a few serious PvP Energy Shield sorceress players that would love this ring for sure. This ring would indeed be perfect for an energy shield sorceress.
