To bad its not a troll nest or ward...on a certain build, id prefer a rare over storm shield..if the stats are good

Get a old B arreats or a nice rare barb helm, would make a rare shield worth using for sure in defensive duels

i give it a 8/10

/edit also a good mld shield...and i know mld is 49> but there are 50's duelers


if your build is dedicated to losing, I would agree
