East has the most duped items of any realm....

There aren't high quantities of 1.08 War Travs on USEast... so... stuff it.

However, they are so rare that I'd like to see them in game, as I've recreated such boots in HE and posted item packs containing such 1.08 items, it would be very easy to just fake this screenshot.

I mean, how could you say a 100% perf eth tomb reaver isn't a trophy? Yeah, it's not an exciting trophy, but it's rarer than any item in the game, especially when all rares, crafted, magics can be rolled
