The other 1os doesnt have fire golem on it. Which means you would have to use a 2/20/3/1-3fg/2os meaning you lose out on +3spear or +3spirit. fhr/life rep is obtained easily as you cap out with fhr belt/stealth/boots. not to mention I get 25life rep with ammy + circ + belt. drop down to 20life rep with soe on.
Res isnt an issue as you make up for the 15@ res and then some with 2x sockets + you get 18 dex meaning more over stats into vit. So to answer your question, no it wouldn't be worth it to buy the 1os ones ou there if this were your other option lol

with perfect mods like it is hard to imagine it is not imported.

2/blocking/3 head is very rare
2/blocking/3/3 head is extremely rare and possibly unheard of
2/blocking/3/3/fire golem head is non existent before this I assume
2/blocking/3/3/3 head is an anomaly as items aren't supposed to spawn with 9 staff mods
2/blocking/3/3/3/2 open socket head is imported

That's the only way i can justify the existence of this amazing necro head that is now the envy of all of LLD.

I just think it's crazy that ppl who don't duel are willing to drop 300+ $ on an item rather than getting a gym membership.
