well, that seems to be rather simple
whoever rates 3def + 14mana > 9life will prefer your base ofc

i would as the mana is moore usefull . not saying evrry1 would but yeah i would and as for bvb cchar ieven prefer my socks
but no doubt some insane jewels u have socketed

I really doubt that any experienced bvber would agree here, cause
1. you sinply lose ~120 life by socketing non-dex jewels
2. a mana pool of ~500 and the low mana costs (due to the low ww skill level at 30) won't leave you with any mana issues whereas extra life is always beneficial

for bva/bvc builds that should be out of question anyways
but let's put this for discussion in the respective forum if you want
