I've never seen a grim like that in the 13 years I've played d2. Is that legit? Wouldn't it be jewelers? Or is it some new import item or something?

It's a good bvber but nothing overly impressive nowadays. Also act 5 items are lameo

The helm is indeed a5 sock magic helm yes.
But its 100% perm (not duped), rest of the equip is legit aswell
