Sadly, its not 40ias, but has 2 useful skills and 4+max damage, which in my opinion is better than the one that is 40ias and 3+ mindblast. Light sentry allows for longer range stun locking and fhr animation activation, which lets you catch people easier. 3+ Mindblast, is ~30 damage more per spam (5 damage per after pvp penalty; and 2.5 after 50% DR is applied).

PS. Light sentry has longer range than death sentry. Death sentry is glitched and has a shorter range. I've tried it, but if anyone cares enough, they can test it themselves to see what I mean:
1) Lay a light sentry, find its maximum hit range.
2) Lay a death sentry in the same spot, you will find that it will not hit at the same range, but requires the opponent to be closer to you.

I think DF and LS are both rather useless on claw. DF is disgustingly slow, and unless you get +LS on every claw you intend to use, you should really hard skill it. It's definitely worth it for stun application and it's not like Ghosts are stressed for points anyway.
+MB will also increase stun acceptance duration (the duration of the swirly animation and its properties). If the +10 IAS grants you better trap laying speed then the comparison of those two claws are even worse.

LS and DS range are based on slvl btw.
Code
8 + (2*slvl)

E: I prefer Feral/Runic MH, for GvA anyway.

he means the skill aggro range, not how far the missile goes, light sentry aggros around 6 yards further then ds will, so it's way better pvp since it will shoot at people further away

You can always use a feral/runic chaos if you want the speed. But I don't see a reason why you would want your main hitting claw to do weak damage. TBH, you can kill pretty much anything with warfist anyway. All casters die in 1-2 ww's. I mean sure, would be great to have both, but considering I can still use a warfist for vs all, but I CANT use a feral for gvg, I'd take warfist out of the two if forced to pick 1

Vs barb/pally, hitting harder is better than not doing any damage with low ass min damage feral fools
