Rating as a Barb Vs Melee:
HLB: compared to all fools 1 sox HLB's - 10. While we argue that at 49 you don't need fools, for Melee, you want one. Dream sword. I know of only 2 swords that are better. Low AR roll and low max roll, but seriously, it has everything. Wow.
Arreats: 10. Its ZB Arreats. You dont see ZB Arreats on a MLD barb every day. Great!
Shield: : 9/10. Fantastic Defence roll and 2 sox and x2 perfect jewels. If i were to be picky I would look for some repl life from jewels (otherwise 10). These would help you alot if the duels are long.
Ring : 9/10. Fantastic mods, if I were to be picky I would again say no repl life, (otherwise 10). However, ANY barbarian on ANY realm would love that ring though. Repl Life would really help here.
Armor: Ignoring Shaft as the alternative, this armor is 10. However, with a ZB Arreats under your belt, you should now aim for a ZB Shaft to complete your character.
Amulet: We generally don't use a stat amulet - we want to be able to switch out 3/100 (mastery) with a Nokozan vs fire or a rare with -75% PLR vs Shape/Plague, but vs melee your amulet is 10/10.
Your strength seems to be too high and you have no FRW apart from any skilled. it is a trophy character designed for melee specifically but with twinking and some frw it would be a PvP character with lovely damage.

While individually your items are in places better, and vs melee you will do better, he has made a monster. In BVB your character would clearly beat his while he would have a much happier time killing the speed freaks (Sorcs/Nec/Ama etc) The only fault with his topic is that he has not clearly commented on the fact that he is Str bugged total frw on most? setup's, a feat in itself that is godly for PvP purposes.
Overall:
TR Barb: 9.5%/10 (no ZB Shaft) - i removed the "no cruel sword" as for melee you dont need one.
PVP : Get some Frw, Fix Str, Get Gores and away you go :)
We had a topic years ago about gores being the best boots ever. IK can be worn if its easier to STR bug boots though.
Overall : 9.5% / 10. If you are striving for perfection you will know ZB Shaft is the only thing missing for me to give a 10, but your character IS fantastically equipped.
