both amus are 10 for sure.
Pelts are good (8-9/10s) but missing another useful skill to be insane.
Rings are pretty nice too.
But those belts
1 belt doesnt reach 99 fcr with pelt? and the other is just plain. But I know 30 crafter belts can be a pain in the ass to find or selfcraft. Oh and the staff only got 33 charges, imo swap it to a 20fcr 48 or 52 charges one.^^
