frw has nothing to do with the amount of whirls^^
the only thing that affects whirlwind is Weapon-IAS.

regarded to BvB, we need it to dodge attacks basicly.
Also it is used to make pressure on your enemy.

The Jewel in your Stormshield is something strange... (He has 266 strg and the jewel has -15% req...)
