9/10. one is able to purchase "mana" from a char in town. This hat could drop the mana mod and it still be 9/10. mana isnt shit unless u rock es sorc....

On west mana might be superior if u use unperm wizzygloves build as the resis are sorted that way if u wanna go unperm, but on europe and east (specially on east as they have 15life/70mana small charms) @res is far superior than mana.
There are 3 like urs on europe, so its not that uncommon, it's the life/mana roll ''they'' offer. I had one myself, but i sold it as soon is i could upgrade to a life/@. You get more repl or life with it, and a more flexible char. I still rated it 9/10 dno why the fuss.
