i dont can math, but if i can, i recall 9min is atlest 40life worth for Blonde boobed bower from South america

i dont want to, but a 40life mod is more %life increae than the %dmg increase the 4.5 average dmg mod provides for sure, and even if it was the same +%, life is always a better choice than damage except in melee, else people would still build glasscannons.
