7/10 is a pretty decent rate as it's lacking dex. With as little as 10 dex it'll still only be a tops 8,5-9/10 and with 15+ dex it'd be 9,8-10/10.

No there are not. There are ways to see what a realm has and there is no better. Not only will you never see a screenie, there's nothing on any mule anywhere.
Knowing this means you know how to do a few other things too, but that's irrelevant.
Which is precisely my point. Take your broken knowledge to your dead realm where it belongs.

And if you think something, act on it. Go find better. Be my guest, ask the oldies on east. They will all give you the same answer.

I would be scared of having all of my expensive gear on a sinking boat. But that's just me.
The market is broken, the pvp scene is dead, there are no special leagues, no events, no ironmans, no nothing and people refuse to buy or sell anything because the realm is dead.
People even switch over to east cause of that simple fact.

Ignoring all of the bad blood here, I would say:
Completely perfect stats: 10/10
Usefulness: 8/10
Overall: 9/10

I feel this way not because of bias, but because I believe that the viso mod is 9 times out of 10 a wasted mod for a zon, and even when it isn't, it's still not super helpful due to already decent enough AR vs all. Also, the MDR could obviously be something else more beneficial, and I would personally trade the viso and the MDR for dex. With that being said, very nice item. If it is the best on the realm as a trophy, congrats, but I'm sure there might be more functional ones out there that don't have completely perfect mods on them.

I agree. But this is not something to use on a pvp bowa or even hybrid. It's for pure Jab duels or allrare league we have on east.
