If anything I'd say it's a toss up maybe favoring those slightly since perf dex and clean numbers 35/35/40

bout 5/10 as-is

ok ok, some low level casters can easily hit 65 str and still be viable opponents imho, and some melee chars could swap for stacked res against elemental chars.

I still think these are #1 on West realm. waiting to b proven wrong...
