Because you only need 105 IAS to hit the maximum speed with these bows. (armor 60, gloves 20, circlet 30).

Fiend Harp spawned in 2010

also, there are 2 HLD shadow bows that would contend with these bow's. I don't know who has the first one (i tihnk charge[d] originally owned the first) and phazz has the 2nd one 4xx 10ias 2 sox).

Wish I still had my bowazon My bow wasn't as good as these but close.. high 300's not 400's and 2 sox.

if you take mdr bug into account its probably worse than a clean 430ed bow so not #4. btw that bow was mine a while ago (bought it from xtoolx) - i didnt know how big the influence of mdr bug is at that time. (fiend harp is still good though^^)
