40 Ias is useful for stack vs slow or for a foi build or for allowing a dracs+giant skull switch with matri bow while maintaining jav speed.

Having said that they lack increased stack size which is pretty important on Realm Javs imo.

ye agreed increased stack size is quite handy allowing you to spam more furys/bolts I just find the max ias extremely useful vs slower as you said esp when being bmd with bb cle freeze aura ^^ and I guess realms ought to have 10 sec repl time but never seen any besides my java ones have that - they are all mostly 20sec
