Forgot to write second to ur opinion, its lacking ALOT, visios are not viable for barbs in mld imo, Arreats just too good :(

as for HLD this still has a hard time compared to arreats :)

its very gosu helm..but not for mld..
has to low str req for such a defense.
imba life ofc..and visio..
its usable ofc for hld..even if 2-3 bo missing

str from upgraded Arreat might not save points. dex will do.

so it's not that bad.

You won't get 99% ar on visio on lvl 49 (mld) obviously.
So using your calculation it would be:
36ed 30res 21def 100ar? 29l vs 29%ar
