I think they cost 150 ist runes somewhere early on at ladder (when they ware still worth ~3-5 fg each or so)

As noted, your way ahead of the pack in terms of the quality of this character.

The gloves, 100dusk, stash dusks, the bows are all great. There is always room to improve but overal the char is 10/10 (ladder).
