It's really close to a perfect bower ring, all I would ask for (beside the nonperfect stats.. like the 8/9 min and dex) is resists.
-1,0 for no res for me
and -0,5 for the "lack of stats", which might be a little silly to nag about though hehe
8,5/10 really cute ring, that no good bower should be ashamed of having!

Its really just missing a few dex/life, but still very nice ~ 9/10.
