I messaged the moderator of this section about this, and he said mods cannot vouch any items. They said that this does not stop them from saying that an item exist, or that they have seen it.

This means that a trusted user can say this, and this only, "I have seen this item myself in game."

After presenting the proper vouches to the moderator, he agreed that these items do exist. He does not have Diablo II installed, so the best he can do is rely on the vouches that I have shown him. The vouches are clearly enough to satisfy the moderator, so they should satisfy you as well.
