Terrible build and most of the non unique/RW items are pretty bad.

Why are you using -10frw shields for your res switches, and why do they have the deflecting suffix?

im using -10 frw...for less dex to achieve Max block/doesn't effect you with fcr, only effects run... and deflecting to still maintain mb+30fbr
