comparing old items to new items is useless, they aren't best boots coz they are very hard to craft, only coz old recipe >> new.
I guess max stats were 30frw 10fhr 15% mana 60mana 9dex or similiar.
garbage and best boots of present in one.

I don't really agree with this. The boots actually exist now, so why not? Yeah, you can say all the ifs and buts like "if someone crafted 30/10/60/15 boots", but the fact of the matter is that those boots don't exist. "Could have existed" doesn't really cut it.
