i have decent duels with some level 30's (good hammerdins and trappers mainly), and i can beat a few 49's. but you're right, there isnt much competition for me at this level. thats why he's used mainly for clearing pub games

i think my 3 soc, 100 life light plate with 3x 30% ed, +res, +mod jewels is pretty nice and uncommon
not as nice as the naga and circ but i like it. ditto with my other jewels, its not easy finding nice lvl 39 jewels
