1.06 or before, I have no clue where this "08 boots, 08 ring" etc came from but all the pre-lod classic dupes are from 1.06 or before.

I think they were primarily perm duped in 1.08 before item codes existed that's why

Doom Blazer looks like a duped one, the other not so sure.
I know tons of people kept items like these to not allow them to be duped

i think so too, the name doom blazer rings in my memory for eg boots.
had a 1.09 goldbarb and there where some nice eg boots out there.
