Ias is great for clearning phys immunes with berzerk. Otherwise, yes.

And cold dmg on a pvm mart is insta fail imo. Argument that its ok for hc csing.

Why?

20% of monsters hit with cold dmg will "shatter" and not leave a corpse.
So that's 1/5 potential less horks/find item skill. Only really important for unique monsters like travi or vizier/infecter.

But since that is like all of the endgame mf spots in classic it matters.
Especially since they buffed find item to receive 1% chance per level synergy of find potion.

Dont get the second part. I dont see Find Potion "synerging" Find Item on skill tree.

Yeah I don't think it shows up but every point in find potion adds 1% chance to find item.
It actually becomes more efficient to skill find potion when find item levels start offering less than 1% chance per lvl.
