no prebuff barb helm can be a trophy because its utility is nil after the 6 BO, 6 shout. Arguably, 6 battle command would be better in this scenario because its prebuff and duration would be the only increase in efficacy.

Btw you'd be surprised how common 1 in a billion is in D2. You need to get into the 1 in 10-50 billions before you get somewhat rare, but even that doesn't make it an auto trophy
