Nice v/t shield yes just you cant call top1 item with add Damage Reduced by 3.
Dont u think your item is missing more usefull adds/mods on it
to be called top1?
There are more of such shields better ones out there,
All of them got stats 2 Pala 30/20 60-65 Edmg 2 Sox
Zakarum 40+ Life +Light Resists, Sacred Targes 30+Life, Sacred Rondaches 30+Life +Fhr..
Your shield is missing 30+ Life + Light Resists,
or if you see your 17fhr is top, its still missing possible +Life or +Str add dont you think? Or +resist add, whatever just anything usefull on smite + stats rolled on your shield.
Enhanced Defense possible 150-200 on your shield.
Also Ethereal Repairself ~700defense and so your shield miss more mods to be TOP roll shield as your topic is called.
Nice shield but is not true when you make topic title top 1..
There are more better shields than this one out there and when they are in europe, than for sure they are in east or west 100% more better shields and people still dont call them top 1.

Yes you can call it top rare kurast shield..but your shield missing this Enhanced Defense Ethereal Repairs and have damage reduced 3..you cant call this add top1
