stats are lovely, and so is the fact it's legit.
but it's useless beyond any limits and that's what destroys it
only char i could imagine this being used at, is charger (which is better with HL), or gris foher ^^

I have a different setup for smite vs all (2/20/dex/str amu and enigma)

This amulet is for smite vs smite, Where teleport isn't needed
You seem to think i use this amulet vs all chars, most builds have multiple setups depending who you duel
