9.9/10 @ 1 on 1 don't like the style but rest is perf

i dont think this build hits a fast enough ias frame...

and hlord + 2x ravens > angelics

the max ww ias bp requires 34 ias on a ba, so it does reach "a fast enough ias frame"
hl and ravens are nice, but they give a quite low ar, which makes it very very hard to hit, and with that combo there's no d2m, which is an important thing as we don't use pots
