This bow with perfect jewels is 110-390, or putting it another way, with the -req on it, this can be regarded as the best shadow bow in D2r, and the best or 2nd best shadow bow ever in 20 years (my d2r bow does not have req but has slightly more damage, and phazz had an almost perfected damage mld bow in d2lod). While -30% req is perfect, I think you need dex for max block, making the -20% req a "perfect" mod in my eyes, for a vita bowa (the best mld bowa build to my mind). In the round this bow is probably the greatest mld bow ever.
