imo white beats it easily. maybe with 2 sock, this one would be worth considering.. and instead of bone prision, maybe +3 bone spirit would be better.

a magic 2 nec 20fcr 3 bone spare / 3 bone spirit / 3 decepify 2os wand would beat this one

anyway 3/10 for the item as it is right now
