You can't compare a rare to a crafted... That's like giving a 10% fcr, 60 life, 25str, 90 mana, 11 pris, 30 LR ring a 9/10 because you have an amulet with those stats AND +2 necro. -_-

Life's a tad low, but definitely 9+/10 at least, vn1. ^_^
