I really dont consider myself as a mld ama expert by any means but anyway this is just my opinion. I would rate 2 first pilums as a solid 9 and give the 3rd a stronk 9.5/10

As you said its all about ed since aiming for high dmg with these and in that sense there is some space for improvement since 450ed is possibly right? ( even though these are no doubt one of top mld javs on realms)
Also even though ias is not really needed as you very well explained it would make them more versatile and leave a bit more variety on other gear to choose from. So as incredibly pilums as they are Ill save 10/10 rate for future when even better ones appear ( 4xx ed and maybe ias ideally :D)
