Mana isnt everything, I'd take fhr and frw over 10% inc anyday.

Fhr? Sure, why not. Thing is, mana can be accumulated over and over and always helps. Fhr is useless past whichever break point you're after. As an example, 55% spirit +24% belt +7% jewel + no fhr on boots = 86% break point.

And even if you have an actual use for the 10%, it's not like there isn't multiple ways of getting it elsewhere. These are much more practical than current patch 50-60 mana/5% max/10% fhr boots.

As for es sorcs needing frw, no comment.
