For MLD, this works out as slightly better then arreats (less then 5% better). It would more be used/valued at HLD where the bonus to ar on level would factor heavily (49:49%, 99:99%). If this was 2sox it would be far superior to Arreats with the right jewel combination (low str requirements, big boost to ar and life).

if it had 41 life it would be over level 49. nevermind having 60 life.

I think if michel was trying to craft one, he would get 17 base life +21 life affix : rlvl over 49 while having less than 40 life !

The point system does not really work for vLLD / LLD or MLD. This is because there are certain mods that almost always required.

Amulet Type A: +2Skills Tab, FCR, Life, Mana. without these 4 mods (and mana must be high) the amulet will ever be a temp.
Amulet Type B: +2Skills Tab (or +1 Ama), Life, Mana, Repl Life. again with these 4 mods (and mana must be high) the amulet will ever be a temp.
Ring Type A: Str, Repl, Mana
Ring Type B: FCR, Str, Repl, Mana
Ring Type C: Min, Str, Repl, Mana
Ring Type D: Min, Str, Dex, Mana
Circlet Type A: +2Skills Tab, 30frw, 20fcr, 40+ Life
Circlet Type B: +2Skills Tab, 30frw, 20fcr, 40+ Mana
