Person who got it from me said it was worth 5 digit. I knew it was an almost completely perf roll 6 point, but I figured there was no practical use. Thought I would consult the experts here on this

I'm no lld expert but I thought some MUs didn't make use of life rep or vita. Your strat relies on killing them before they get a chance to deal damage, but I guess that would likely invalidate the plr/res

Can it be a novelty trophy? I mean it's like 6 point with 6 almost completely max rolled mods

In HLD some of the best combos are when a bowazon stands in the field of hdin teammate while spamming ga/multi w/ conc. I dunno about LLD though, no idea whether hdins deal that much dmg over there. So if you're using an Insight your team has infinite mana and you can spam hammers+multi/ga and you likely won't get hit so replenish and vita may not make that much of a difference. But then of course it's just theorycraft because I only hld. Also if they are releasing more runewords (or glitched stuff appears) like they say they are then there may be some use for the fcr at some point. But IMO it's hard to imagine there being absolutely no scenario where fcr is of use

the life/damage ratios are completely different in LLD, it takes much more hits to get a kill so you need survivability as well
