with circ u can reach 16-16k dps on a caster setup wich alow you to kill even most itemlame caster 2 hits ( 16k is 5.2k hp iirc )
you can also use it for a 125fcr/grief setup dext would add some ar to charge and its always a good add

also being used on a 125fcr tele smiter setup

just wondering because I didnt see the argument yet: in 1v1 I get that coa and shako may be superior meele alternatives and vs 1v1 caster it has some wasted mods but in team duels where you may have a mixed team of caster/meele this helm seems to be quite decent to provide some flexibility / comprimise to be "decently" strong vs meele (yea not best in slot) while also having a good anti caster helmet at the same time? but dunno I am not really that deeply involved in team pvp so I could be wrong
