nope, there were 3 seasons of that ladder, all had those rules and went far beyond 2010. Also tours in eu pvp that had those rules too.. last rules mean shit, as then anyone can host a tour and then it suddenly becomes europe's rules ???

back in the days when i build this char I referred to a different source which had the same absorb and resist rules as quoted above
saying that the rules do not apply because some troll made a tryharded topic back in 2010 and arguing that these rules stand beyond the rules that are posted in this and countless other events...

i tested the difference between 10 max res and 75 plr in hell and couldnt find much of a difference back then as far as i can remember



im aware of the fact that the combination of both would have been better
but he wouldnt even resell it for 5k's
