Items from non-ladder showing up on ladder would make people suspect it was some other exploit, as this sort of thing was done in earlier ladder seasons. Items that could have spawned in earlier patches wouldn't raise many eyebrows either, as they could have just been sitting on someones mule.
My point? All of those things could be done without explicitly raising suspicion of importation. Therefore your argument that none of those things were done "because u dont want blizzard to fix it" is pretty weak IMO.

first u said there is no importing of items and make a list of things that could be an evidence for an import.
now u say that these things wouldnt be suspisious and noone would think of an import if they happen?
